LEVINE Partner Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP Andrew D. Levine is an audit partner at Raich Ende Malter & Co LLP. He has over 30 years of public accounting experience, specializing in servicing not-for-profi t entities and closely held companies. His clients operate in a wide range of industries such as technology and emerging companies, construction materials, not-for-profi t, professional services and apparel. Levine is a frequent speaker on topics such as not-for-profi t lending and lending in the retail industry. He is a member of the American Institute and New York State Society of CPAs and has served on their committees for accounting for non-for -profi t organizations, local practitioners, and small fi rms; and in cooperation with the fi nancial media and banking industries. Since 1995, Levine has served on the advisory board of the Green Chimneys School and president of the board of directors for the 113-114 Co-operative Owners Association. He has also served on the board of directors of the Queens Child Care Center and the Southwest Brooklyn Industrial Development Corporation. In 2008, Levine was elected to treasurer of the Queens Museum of Art. VINCENT ARCURI JR. Chair of Community Board 5 Vice Chair of Wyckoff Heights Medical Center A lifelong resident of New York City, Vincent Arcuri was born in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn, and moved with his family to Glendale when he was fi ve years old. A product of the NYC school system, he graduated from P.S. 91, Queens, in 1953, received his Academic Diploma from Richmond Hill High School in 1957, and attained an associate of Applied Sciences Degree in Structural Technology from NYC Technical College. After a successful 40-year career in the construction industry, he retired after assisting in the clean-up and recovery efforts at the World Trade Center. He presently serves as chair of Community Board 5, where he has served as a board member for almost 40 years. He is also active with the Queens Library Foundation as its Vice President, is a member of the Queens County Traffi c Safety Council, the Queens Borough President’s Aviation Advisory Council and the Kosciuszko Bridge Stakeholders Advisory Council. Arcuri is on the Advisory Board of the Greater Ridgewood Historical Society and is a board member of the Myrtle Avenue Business Improvement District. He also serves as a board member of the Boy Scouts of America, Queens Council. CARL FIELDS JR. Interim Executive Director Jamaica Center for Arts & Learning Carl Fields Jr. is currently Interim Executive Director of the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning,Inc located in Jamaica. He was previously President of the Board of Directors and has also served as Treasurer. Fields is a native of Brooklyn and attended both high school and college in New York. He has a MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Fields spent most of his working career in banking with companies such as Citibank, Marine Midland Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Capital One Bank. He specialized in Community Development and Branch Banking Administration. He has actively participated in community based organizations over the years such as the YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs, Moriah Institute and South Bronx Board of Trade. Fields currently resides in Orange, NJ and is the proud parent of two children and one grandchild. A founding member of the Glendale Civlian Observation Patrol, Inc., he continues to remain active on patrols and traffi c details. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn. He is also an active member of St. Pancras Roman Catholic Church, assists with planning and development, serves on the St. Pancras School Advisory Board, and is a Eucharistic Minister.
