WANG President Rosen-Wang Global Partners, LLP Charles Pei Wang is currently President of Rosen- Wang Global Partners, LLC, a New York based consulting fi rm specialized in promoting, bridging two way trade between U.S. and China. Prior to this new venture, Wang was an advisor of Matsuoka America, a Shanghai based, publicly held trading corporation specializing in garments, printing and real estate development. He also served as the Director of the Child Care Center Development Fund at United Neighborhood Houses, whose goal is to stimulate the development of muchneeded child care centers in New York City. Wang also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the United Way of New York City, Chairman of the Chinese Community Relations Council, and on the board of New York City Health Insurance Plan and the WNET-Channel 13 Tri-State Community Board. Prior to his current position, Wang had been the Assistant Commissioner for Downstate Operations with the NY State Department of Social Services. In 1995 he became the First Executive Director of Chinese descent with the Greater Blouse, Skirt and Undergarment Association. From 1990 to 1995, Wang was appointed by President George Bush as the Vice Chairman of the U.S. Commission of Civil Rights. From 1989 to 1993, he was president of the China Institute in America, Inc. From 1968 to 1989, Wang worked at the Chinese American Planning Council (CPC) in New York City’s Chinatown. He held various positions at CPC, including that of managing director and executive director, and helped make CPC one of the largest and most prominent social services agencies for the Chinese American community. Wang’s affi liation with several organizations has brought Chinese Americans to the forefront of New York City’s perspective. Notable accomplishments largely due to his efforts include the fi rst public hearing on New York Asian American Affairs sponsored DAMION FRAY Director of Exchange Sales Healthfirst Damion Fray is Director of Health Exchange Sales at Healthfi rst. Starting with the company in 2002, Fray has focused his talent on improving healthcare in communities in need and delivering the best outcomes for his organization. Fray began his career as an executive recruiter with Chadick & Ellig, a retainer based executive search fi rm. During his career there he handled research for the fi rm, and managed a portfolio of operations, diversity and technology related searches. His client list included Dell Computers, Microsoft and Pepsi. Fray received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude from Mercy College. He was awarded the Ronald E. McNair Scholarship and served as the Editor-In-Chief of the college newspap Fray is a Manchester United soccer fan and plays in a soccer league during his time off. by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights in 1974, the opening of a Social Security Administration offi ce in Chinatown in 1976, and the formation of the Asian American Federation of New York in 1989. He was appointed by President Jimmy Carter as a member of the President’s Commission on Mental Health/Asian American Panel. He also served on the New York State Crime Prevention Task Force and the New York State Governor’s Task Force on Bias-Related Violence. He was Co-Chairman of the Human Service Council of New York, Vice Chairman of the New York City Health System Agency, Secretary of the Private Industry Council and Chairman of the U.S. Bureau of the Census 1990 Asian and Pacific Islanders Advisory Committee, just to name a few.
