CONSTRUCTION SITE
Another major piece of land is ready for excavation. This
one, on the corner of 23rd Street and 44th Drive, will be taller
than the iconic Citibank building across the street. This
sunny spot will be sunny no more.
Our neighborhood is changing, and it’s become evident that
the once “best kept secret “ is no secret anymore.
We need to face this new reality and figure out how we
are going to live with this increase in population, urban density,
noise and loss of light.
