PEACOCK LADY NYC
I love taking pictures at NYC street fairs. People tend to dress extravagantly
and want to have their picture taken. Therefore, for the most part, you don't
have to ask permission; you just shoot and move on to the next one. I took
this picture during the Easter Day Parade, where people were out in
full force trying to outdo one another. This lady though, was above
and beyond the norm. This was her version of an Easter Bonnet,
and she wore it like a proud peacock. Therefore the title of the
image "Peacock Lady." And if you look closely in her dark glasses,
you will see my reflection.
