 UnitedHealthcare, Logan Ryan
 donate coats to students
In partnership with the Dreambuilders Foundation and United Way of New
York City, UnitedHealthcare and New York Giants cornerback Logan Ryan donated
300 new coats to Public School 369 students just in time for the fall season.
The effort was part of United Way’s ReadNYC initiative, and since its launch,
the percentage of students reading at grade level at the school has increased
from 9% to nearly 50% profi ciency. Not only are students performing at higher
levels academically, but their parents are also receiving the support they need
via workshops, food boxes, personal protective equipment and other supplies.
