has received an application to amend the Brownfield Cleanup Agreement
(BCA) and a Draft Remedial Action Work Plan from 445 Gerard LLC and
417 Gerard Avenue Holdings LLC for a site known as Gerard Avenue and
East 146th Street Site, site lD #C203111. This site is located at 417 and
445 Gerard Avenue and 440 Major Wm. Deegan Boulevard in the Bronx.
Comments regarding this application and Draft Remedial Action Work
Plan to must be submitted no later than November 23, 2019. A copy of
the application, Remedial lnvestigation Report, Draft Remedial Action
Work Plan, and other relevant documents are available at the document
repositories located at the Mott Haven Library, 321 East 140th Street,
Bronx, NY, 10454; and at the Bronx Community Board 1, 3024 Third Avenue,

On Wednesday, September 11, Beth Abraham Center’s recreation
team took ten residents to the Cross County Shopping
Center in Yonkers to enjoy a day of shopping at Macy’s and
a number of other stores in the open-air shopping mall. The
residents also enjoyed a lunch at Boston Market and desert
at Haagen-Dazs and Cinnabon.
