Muscle Care. Her mission is to provide
medical/sports and therapeutic massage
with a holistic approach. Her practice
which is located in Holtsville is managed
with positivity, professionalism and
competence to cultivate the wellness of
her patients, local sports teams, and
local dance teams. Several of the
massage techniques she and her staff
specialize in are medical/sports
massage, hot stone, pre-natal massage,
deep tissue, fire cupping, KT taping,
reflexology, Asian body works(AMMA),
reiki, muscle conditioning and
strengthening/stretching and muscle
education. All treatments are
customized to every Patient's specific
needs or ailments bringing each
individual's muscles and wellness needs
together to ensure maximum health!
Along with massage therapy Total
Muscle Care offers acupuncture, fire
cupping and skincare services. All of
Total Muscle Care's practitioners are
licensed and New York State Board
certified. Currently they are accepting
no-fault, workers compensation and
other health insurance plans.
