BERTHE ERISNOR
VICE PRESIDENT FOR AMBULATORY SERVICES

Berthe Erisnor is the Vice President for Ambulatory Services at Mount Sinai Morningside (MSM). Erisnor has been
responsible for leading and managing ambulatory operations and physician services across MSM’s campus. She
has been working on cultivating and strengthening MSM’s network of ambulatory care practices and growing and
developing a diverse set of clinical services across MSM’s network.
Prior to rejoining Mount Sinai in 2015, Erisnor worked at Northwell Health System where she held two executive
roles within their Corporate Ambulatory headquarters. She has a rich history of being part of the Mount Sinai family
having also held different leadership roles throughout the health system during the earlier part of her career.
Erisnor has over sixteen years of experience in the healthcare industry as a transformational leader. She has
been known to be a seasoned healthcare executive with a track record of notable accomplishments in healthcare
operations. She has been a visionary and thoughtful leader who possesses excellent analytical skills and an innate
knack for improving operational performance and advancing cultural transformation. Areas of expertise include but
not limited to: clinical operations, strategic planning, practice management, process improvement, and financial
management.
As a native New Yorker whose parents immigrated into the United States, Erisnor is of Haitian descent and has been
extremely passionate about improving access and equalizing health care disparities within underserved communities.
Her mission has been to empower people through education and encouraging conversations about medical and
socio-economic challenges. She has a deep interest in healthcare policy and growing interest in advocacy.
Erisnor has an undergraduate degree in Managerial Economics and Japanese and holds a Master’s in Business
Administration. She has been a long standing member of a number of notable healthcare professional organizations
like the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Medical Group Management Association
(MGMA), to name a few.
