2 The Voelker Orth
Museum will have a
winter break family workshop,
which offers fantasy
terrariums for participants.
This hands-on workshop
teaches attendees
about the ecosystem of a
terrarium and how to create
them. This includes the history
of terrarium. Terrariums,
originally known as Wardian
cases were used to transport
plants, placed in victorian
homes as decor and then
utilized as indoor gardens.
