they’re in Queens for the Open Run
initiative. It’s a community-based and
volunteer-led program that brings free
weekly runs to parks across all fi ve

to not bring bags because there is no

The world’s largest architectural scale
model meets trivia alongside the Panorama
of the City of New York at the Queens
Museum. This trivia is New York Citybased
and includes several categories for
teams to tackle. Doors open at 6, and the
trivia begins at 7. Tickets are available

for $15 and at the door for $20. Queens
Museum members pay $12 online and

The Museum of the Moving Image’s
monthly Fist and Sword program will
celebrate Women’s History Month with
an interactive panel of women who perform
martial arts. The discussion will
range from video clips and critiques of
the representation of women in the media
and the issues raised from recent protests
against sexual assault. There will be a
reception with live jazz music aft er the
event. Tickets are $15 or $7 for students,
seniors, youth and museum members.

Come laugh at Jackknife Comedy, a
stand-up show held the fi rst Saturday
of every month. Eight comedians will
