Developers Myles Horn, ABC Properties, and Fisher Associates have joined forces to off er 21 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments fi lled with up-to-date amenities at Lane Towers, located at 107-40 Queens Blvd. The building’s one-bedroom homes are priced from $410,000 to $620,000. Two-bedroom homes go for $525,000 to $675,000, while the three-bedroom homes range from $770,000 to $822,500. “We have a unique niche, which is helping to re-invent preeminent pre- and post-war buildings in New York City and help them compete in design, fi nishes and amenities with new development, all the while still aff ording buyers a more competitive price point,” Horn said. “I was raised in Queens, and I take great pride in bringing new life to many of the borough’s stately co-op buildings, which have rich histories and are in prime locations in their respective neighborhoods.” According to architectural and interior design fi rm C3D and Gail Horn Design, who headed the redesign, the homes at Lane Towers come fully equipped with gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and backsplashes. Each unit is outfitted with contemporary Italian cabinets, and recessed stainless steel sinks. Appliances include a KitchenAid fi ve-burner gas range and convection oven, Bosch or KitchenAid dishwasher, KitchenAid microwave oven, and Liebherr refrigerators in most units. The bathrooms will feature custom baths and mosaic fl oor tiles with oversized glass-enclosed showers, and each bathroom features a custom vanity with an under-mount basin, complete with dovetail drawers and white quartz tops as well as recessed medicine cabinets. “Lane Towers off ers an unusual opportunity to close the gap between new condo construction and older coops with great bones that have been upgraded to meet the needs and wishes of today’s buyers,” said Yael Goldman, associate broker with Nu-Place Realty, which is handling exclusive marketing and sales for the building. “Forest Hills continues to be a highly desirable neighborhood, both for residents already in Queens as well as Manhattan and Brooklyn buyers seeking more aff ordable alternatives and bigger spaces.” Lane Towers also boasts a 20-minute commute into Manhattan via the nearby 71st Avenue and Continental Avenue subway station where commuters can catch the E, F, M and R trains, and it is also a short distance to the Long Island Rail Road station in Forest Hills. The building is mere blocks away from popular Austin Street, and within walking distance of Flushing Meadows Corona Park and Forest Park, while sports and entertainment venues Forest Hills Stadium, Citi Field and the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center are all nearby.
