Personality match. It’s your day so spend time with an artist who you enjoy. Look for calm and con dent under pressure, this will keep you at ease on a crazy day. 2. Seek a real professional, not your friend’s friend that does makeup as a hobby. You need a trained make-up artist versed in photography, lighting and longevity of wear. 3. Your makeup artist must listen to your needs. A professional makeup artist may guide you into a look better suited for you but should NOT force you out of your comfort zone.
