Agarwal PHIL ANDREWS Phil Andrews is the current President of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and the Immediate Past President of the 100 Black Men of Long Island, Inc. He is the Founder of P.A. Public Relations Co.; Phil serves as Public Relations Director. Prior to beginning his career in Public Relations, Phil was the Vice President of the Haircut Hut franchise. In 2010, Phil was honored for 50 or So Around 50 by Long Island Business News. In 2011, Phil was honored by the Korean American Association of Greater New York with the “Good Neighbor Award”. Phil’s work has been featured in multi-platform publications including Black Star News, The New York Beacon, Amsterdam News, Minority Business Review, The Network Journal and more. He’s also featured in “15 Years of Minority Business Development”. Phil has served on several Boards of Directors , including the Roosevelt Chamber of Commerce, Roosevelt Kiwanis, Hempstead Chamber of Commerce, Bronx Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Chamber of Commerce, and Dollicia F. Holloway Foundation. Peter FRANTZIS Peter Frantzis was born on Oct. 1st 1955 in the beautiful island of Nisyros, Greece, which is located in the Aegean Sea. In 1969, he immigrated with his family to the United States and settled in Astoria. He attended JHS 141 and LIC High School where he played soccer and was selected to the All American Soccer High School Team. Played soccer for various teams in Astoria, his soccer skills earned him a full scholarship to Long Island University where he graduated with a degree in Finance. After graduation in 1978 got his first job in banking with State Savings and Loan, as a management trainee. Later he worked at Independence Savings Bank, Commerce Bank and now he is a store manager at TD Bank on Broadway and Steinway, for the last ten years. Peter has been a member of various organizations in Astoria and LIC area including Kiwanis of Astoria & LIC, Broadway Merchants, Greek Federation of Astoria, Greek American Homeowners, Greek Children’s Fund, NY Greek American Soccer Club, St. Joseph Catholic Academy, etc. Peter resides in Garden City, with his wife Maria and two children, John and Irene. VP Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Atlantis Dialysis Management Services Jugal Agarwal manages the finance and treasurer function of Atlantic Dialysis Management Services (ADMS). He earned a B.S. in Accounting, Statistics and Taxation from Rajasthan University at Jaipur and M.S. in Advance Accounting, Taxation and Business Administration from University of Jodhpur, India. He holds certificate in Principles of EDP for Accountants and Auditors from New York University. Prior to joining ADMS, he was a Chief Financial officer of Primary Healthcare Management Services, Englewood Hospital and BICC Cables Corporation. He is a member of Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in CFO committee, member of Healthcare Management Association (HFMA) in CFO committee, member of NRAA. He has served Indian community for last 30 years; he served various committees and elected president in 2008 of Indian Culture Society of Rockland. He is in advisory committee of Ekal Vidyalaya last several years know a $1 a day school that provides basic or primary education in reading, writing and health to kids and parents in rural area of India where there is no transportation and communication. He lives in Nanuet. His son, Jay, is final year of Medical student at Albany Medical College and holds top10 student in his class.
