The voluntary organization is set to be one of the fi rst tenants to open when the offi ce development debuts in August 2016. SkyView Wellness, located at 131-07 40th Rd., has already leased or sold 35,000 square feet of the 50,000-square-foot complex. “SkyView Wellness’ class A offi ce space is uniquely positioned to meet the demand from healthcare offi ce tenants in Flushing. It is a landmark location for Queens residents,” she told The Courier. “It’s easy for people to fi nd us and our offi ce will be located on the Wellness level … so it will be very convenient for patients who need therapy and doctors so that is why we chose the location.” Chan added that ACS will offi cially move from its Kew Gardens location to the new Flushing offi ce on Aug. 15. The company will also be hosting a complimentary Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Breakfast Kick-off on Thursday, Aug. 11, at Terrace on the Park. William P. O’Brien of M.C.
