Gary Lightfoot, chocolatier/owner of Chocolate Boutique by Gary Gary Lightfoot worked in London/England for two years at Claridges restaurant with celebrity chef and owner Gordon Ramsay. With the opportunity to relocate to New York City in 2007, Gary became a chef de partie to a pastry chef de partie working his way up to a leading role as a sous chef at another fantastic restaurant celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay owned at the London NYC Hotel for four years. Taking leadership, Gary Lightfoot began making a name for himself as a self-taught chocolatier, bringing flavorful molded chocolates, truffles and more to the scene. The best products are being used as he brings a flavorful, delightful taste to you with his signature flavors that you’ll crave.  Sarah Sokol Millinery Sarah Sokol was born and raised in Brooklyn and started attending the Fashion Institute of Technology’s summer courses when she was 14 years old. After changing her path for college, Sarah received her BFA in interior design at Pratt Institute and spent three years designing commercial kitchens for clients like Alex Stupak, The Meatball Shop and Andre Balasz. Inspired by the creativity of the Burning Man Community, Sarah began to design costume headpieces. She then set out to merge her lifelong love of fashion with her training in architectural and spatial design, to focus on millinery full time. Inspired by Anya Caliendo’s work, Sarah took Anya’s advanced couture millinery course. She  studied detailed techniques of couture millinery,  techniques she practices today in her studio.  Using these techniques, Sarah creates unique hats and headpieces for all occasions. From classic to outrageous, she can make the imagination come to life.
