June 20th Annual Shareholders Meeting 7:30 PM in the Movie Theater. June 21st Tabulation of results by the A.A.A. A Message from the President: Bob Ricken For our new residents: Each year, the shareholders of our cooperative vote for four board members who each serve a two year term. The following year that process is repeated. That accounts for eight of the nine members on our board. The ninth member is the sponsor’s Representative who will serve as long as there is one original apartment for sale. Some important one-liners: The arbitrator has promised both the restaurant and the Board of Directors that he will render a decision 30 days from April 30. The litigation with the sponsor’s parking spots is still in the courts. The board has just received approval for the VIP Room kitchen and the increase in occupancy for the VIP Room. As soon as we carpet the Ladies’ Card Room, we are told we will receive approval of our renovation. Please give a word of thanks to Phyllis Goldstein, Murray Lewinter and Phil Plafker for their many years of service to our community. SEND US YOUR LETTERS!
