 •	Does your occupation require extensive
 travel? No
 •	Do you spend more than one (1)
 month a year away? No
 •	Are you available for at least ten (10) of
the twelve (12) monthly evening meetings?
  Yes
 •	How many years have you been a
 Cryder Point Shareholder? 23 years
 •	Are you currently a resident? Yes
Please explain why you are seeking
election to the Board of Directors.
I have served on the Board for a few
years. My priorities continue to be: fiscal
 responsibility and limiting maintenance
 increases and/or assessments,
 prudent long term planning, openness
 and communication to shareholders,
and enhancing the quality of life at Cryder
 Point.
Please list any interests, talent, education
 or experience you possess that
you feel would serve as an asset to the
Cryder Point Owners’ Corp. Board of
 Directors.
I have a BS in quantitative business
analysis and regularly work in developing
 business related IT systems from
 accounting to operations management. I
also ran a small manufacturing company
for 15 years where I dealt with mechanical
 and electrical engineering challenges.
What changes would you like to see
made at Cryder Point, and why?
We are facing some major capital
 improvements – especially upgrading
the elevator systems as mandated by
the NYC Dept. of Buildings. For those
shareholders who need it, spreading out
 the apportioned, substantial financial
burden as long as possible so that the
monthly impact is minimized is of paramount
 importance.

election to the Board of Directors.
After serving on the BOD these last
two years I can see the transparency of
how things are done. I have enjoyed and
learned a great deal from other BOD
 members and residents concerning our
home. I believe that our property is being
enhanced greatly with a long range plan
 for landscaping and continual improvements
in our buildings. I want to continue
to be an active participant in our
 future.
Please list any interests, talent, education

My ability to listen to different points of
 view, analyze the information presented
and make logical decisions about issues
is one of my strong assets. I also have the
 communication skills necessary to clearly
 state my point of view.
What changes would you like to see
made at Cryder Point, and why?
Necessity dictates many of the decisions
we make I would like to see the
interiors of our common areas refurbished.
Let’s try to make our lobby and
halls look as good as our beautiful exterior.

member for the past 5 and treasurer for
the past 3 years. There has been a lot of
progress made over the past several years

 •	Are you currently a resident? Yes
Please explain why you are seeking
election to the Board of Directors.
I have been on the board since 2010
and have focused on the financial aspect
of operations. I have helped the Board financially
 navigate through several large
expensive projects. There are future projects
that will benefit from my financial
 expertise.
Please list any interests, talent, education
 or experience you possess that
you feel would serve as an asset to the
Cryder Point Owners’ Corp. Board of
 Directors.
I have been a tax preparer for eighteen
years and a Certified Financial Planner
for more than thirty years. I have a head
for numbers and analysis which is where
my strengths lie as a Board Member.
What changes would you like to see
made at Cryder Point, and why?
There are still some small, by terrace
project standards, jobs we must address,
which will be paid for by the reserve
fund. To maintain our standing as
a healthy Co-op we must replenish the
reserve fund every time it gets drawn
 down.
