 Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services CDC Inc. Housing Fair on Saturday, July 6 at New Testament Temple Church of God. Guests had the opportunity to learn how to become a fi rst  
 time homebuyer with grants, loans and additional resources available; meet with lenders, legal professionals and real estate agents to answer their questions on site; register for FREE  
 homeownership education classes and receive gift bags for participants available. 
 AAOHA, ICNA RELIEF USA FEED THE NEEDY 
 The Albanian American Open Hand Association, Inc. and ICNA Relief USA opened a food pantry on Sunday, June 30 at 2141 Holland Avenue. The pantry will be open every Sunday at 9:30 a.m.

 TOWN HALL 
 Assemblywoman  Nathalia  Fernandez  hosted  
 an  ‘End  of  Session  Legislative  Town  Hall’  on  
 Monday,  July  1  Bronx  House.  The  town  hall  
 covered a wide array of topics including LGBTQ  
 rights, gun safety, protecting the environment,  
 criminal justice reform, Green Light NY (Drivers  
 Licences for Undocumented Citizens), housing  
 justice for all, farmer worker labor rights, sexual  
 harassment reform and marijuana decriminalization  
 among many others.
