This is to insure proper individual attention and allow every student lots of room for movement. The Yoga Room Astoria is currently putting together a top notch Aerial instruction team, and will be adding the Aerial Silks classes mid-November. Another exciting addition to the Astoria outpost will be a new spacious changing room with cubbies and lockers. Current members should be aware that your Yoga Room membership does cover the new classes. There is no additional cost to you. For those without TYR membership, the drop in rate is $20 and can be even less when purchased via a multiclass card.
