Astoria was once a neighborhood where you could catch an awesome deal, but due to the recent popularity of the neighborhood, it is becoming a more pricey pocket of the Queens landscape. Sunnyside is trailing behind Astoria in the categories of apartment price and size, and is poised to be neck-and-neck within the next few years. Both Woodside and Jackson Heights have a strong sense of community and historic value. Shopping for apartments in these areas will not break your bank.
