The Christ for World Chapel in
conjunction with JFKIAT held it’s
annual Holiday Concert at the Terminal
4 arrivals hall on December
14th.This annual event is a blessing
of songs, music and dance by local
performers to the workers and travelers
from around the world. Terminal
4 is one of the busiest airports in the
world and the music from the event
found its way throughout the hall to
thousands of ears. Some listeners
could be seen swaying to the familiar
Christmas tunes, and others just
smiled at the musical surprise they
found at the terminal. Pastor Dabee
of the chapel has run this program
for 5 years and each year more and
more performers want to participate
to share some harmonic joy during
the holidays. This year the Huisman
Duo, Aviation High School Band, The
Ecclesia Dance Ministry from St. Joseph’s
Roman Catholic Church and
St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Choir
provided entertainment.
