At 3pm, the Noguchi Museum will commence its “Music in the Garden” summer concert series. The auditions are being held to fi nd a local youngster with vocal talent to sing “America the Beautiful” at this year’s US Tennis Open. From now through the end of August, The Louis Armstrong House Museum will be hosting an exclusive exhibit: Swingin’ with the All Stars: Louis Armstrong and Baseball. The exhibit focuses on Armstrong’s fascination with baseball and features several photos and artifacts sequencing the jazz legend’s involvement with the New York’s top players during the height of his fame.
