Law enforcement sources said Thomas DiGregorio, 65, allegedly owned a cache of weapons kept inside his mother’s 81st Street home, but was barred from the residence through a temporary restraining order issued last Tuesday, July 29. At about 4:56 p.m. that afternoon, according to information provided by the Queens DistrictAttorney’s office, DiGregorio sent his brother to pick up the weapons and waited outside for him to return.
