Summer festival fun on
Myrtle Avenue in Ridgewood
Thousands enjoyed good food,
entertainment and fun during a
street festival that the Kiwanis
Club of Glendale hosted along Myrtle
Avenue on Sunday, July 22. Young children
got the chance to go on rides, while
their parents shopped various food and
goods vendors, all of which were set up
along the avenue between Fresh Pond
Road and Forest Avenue. The Joe Fuoco
Music Center also provided live music
at the 71st Avenue Triangle, at the corner
of Myrtle and 71st avenues.
