It was noted that all criminal charges are accusations and all persons listed in this blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Precinct Bushwick Double shooting in Bushwick apartment A man and a woman were found with gunshot wounds to the head in Bushwick on Thursday night, police said. According to police, officers from the 83rd Precinct responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress at 10 Forrest Street, apartment #5E, at 10 p.m. on Thursday, June 30. As police arrived at the scene, they discovered a 49-year-old male — identified as Keith Allen of Merrick, NY — unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to his head, as well as a 35-year-old female, also with a gunshot wound the head. EMS units pronounced Allen deceased at the scene, police said. The female victim was transported to Elmhurst Hospital, where she is listed in critical but stable condition. Police recovered a black 9 mm firearm in close proximity to the deceased male. There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing. 106th Precinct South Queens Armed crooks strike twice in Richmond Hill Police are asking the public for help in identifying individuals behind a pair of recent armed robberies in Richmond Hill. At 12:49 p.m. on June 25, authorities said, a 37-year-old male was making a delivery to the TR Food Market at 95-00 Van Wyck Expwy. when he was approached by two suspects. One of the perpetrators displayed a black firearm, while the other individual removed the victim’s chain from his neck. Three days later, at 2:40 p.m. on June 28, one of the suspects approached a 33-yearold male standing in front of 112-16 Liberty Ave. The bandit displayed a black firearm and demanded the man’s property. The victim complied and the individual fled the scene. After both robberies, police said, the suspects were seen fleeing inside a gray Toyota Camry. The robberies were reported to the 106th Precinct; there were no serious injuries.
