Moon. 104th Precinct Ridgewood, Glendale, Maspeth, Middle Village Ridgewood invader used scissors Armed with scissors, a crook bound a Ridgewood man inside the victim’s apartment and removed his laptop computer during a home invasion last Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 25, police reported. Authorities said the trouble took place at about 12 p.m. inside a residence on St. Nicholas Avenue at Grove Street, near the Brooklyn/ Queens border. Reportedly, the 33-year-old male victim heard a commotion from a subleased room in his apartment and went to check. When he did so, police said, the suspect— described as a Hispanic male standing 6’2”-tall and weighing 250 lbs.—charged at the man with a pair of scissors, forcing the victim into his apartment. Once inside, authorities noted, the perpetrator forced the victim to lie on a bed, then bound his wrists with a belt. The crook reportedly grabbed a nearby laptop computer and ed the scene. No injuries were reported, and the case was presented to the 104th Precinct Detective Squad for further investigation, police said. It was noted that the charges against the individuals listed in this blotter are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. 83rd Precinct Bushwick Gunmen hold up convenience store Police need the public’s help in nding two men who held up a Bushwick bodega at gunpoint earlier this month. Law enforcement sources said the stickup occurred at 10:10 p.m. on Feb. 9 inside the Halsey Convenience store at 983 Halsey St., near Broadway. According to authorities, the two perpetrators—both described as black males between 17 and 18 years old-- walked into the location and approached a 20-year-old male clerk. Reportedly, one of the suspects—who stands 5’2”-tall, weighs 160 lbs. and was last seen wearing a purple hooded jacket, a skull cap, a blue and black winter jacket, black pants and white sneakers-- displayed a gun and demanded cash. Police said the employee held his hands up while the second crook—who stands 6’-tall, weighs 180 lbs. and was seen wearing a New York Mets baseball cap, a black bandana, a blue and black winter jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers—removed $400 in cash from the register. Seconds later, the suspects ed the scene on foot in an unknown direction, law enforcement sources noted. No injuries were reported. Burglars hit the basement Two burglars who struck the basement of a Bushwick home last month and removed valuables remain at large, according to police. Law enforcement sources said the break-in occurred between 6 p.m. on Feb. 20 and 7 a.m. the following morning at a Putnam Avenue location. Reportedly, the suspects-- both described as black males with skinny builds between 45 and 50 years of age-- forced open a basement door, walked in and removed ve screw guns, a MacBook laptop computer, an iPad, a purse and a black jacket.
