We’re proud to introduce this week a new and improved Times layout featuring color on every page, a new banner, larger pictures, concise informative stories and bold headlines. Last month, Schneps Communications which owns The Queens Courier, The Home Reporter, El Correo and 14 other publications in Brooklyn and Queens-- purchased the Ridgewood Times and Times Newsweekly, which has published every Thursday for 107 years and features the city’s largest classi ed section. In acquiring the Times, new Co- Publishers Victoria Schneps-Yunis and Joshua Schneps vowed to continue the papers’ mission to its readers and enhance the overall news product and reader experience. The previous format also restricted the availability of color in every issue, and in recent years, demand for color from readers and advertisers alike grew considerably. This new layout will be printed on state-of-the-art presses, allowing every Times Newsweekly/Ridgewood Times page to come alive in color.
