Kennedy International Airport As part of an on-going 14 CFR Part 150 Airport Noise Compatibility Planning Study, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) has completed the Draft Noise Exposure Maps per the requirements of 14 CFR Part 150.
