The issue of gun violence has been a significant problem in Southeast Queens for many years and has left many grieving the loss of family members and friends. Episode 4 -Journeys: Occasionally menta l illness results in unfortunate consequences. Journeys introduc es us to several p atients in varying stages of recov ery from serious mental disorders. We also explore the unique Living Museum , an “asylum” for artists wh o have some unique stories and backgrounds. Dr. Janos Marton explains hi s thinking on how to combat the self-stigmati zing which often accom panies mental illness.
