The incident happened at the 131-07 40th Rd. mall in Flushing at about 5 p.m. on June 2, according to authorities. The car was entering a parking garage at the shopping complex when the fire extinguisher, thrown from above, smashed the vehicle’s windshield. The driver was not injured. Police say there are three suspects and describe the first as a white male, 13 to 14 years old, who was wearing a black long-sleeved sweater, black pants and black pants and black sneakers. The second is also a white male, 12 to 13 years old, who was wearing a black and white striped T-shirt with a blue jacket wrapped around his waist, black pants, blue sneakers, and carrying a black cap. The final suspect is a black male, 12 to 13 years of age, wearing a black and white striped T-shirt with a blue jacket wrapped around his waist, black pants, blue sneakers, and carrying a black cap. Cops looking for duo In Bayside home break-in A pair of wannabe burglars, who broke into a Bayside home last week, got away without the goods but not before one of them was caught on camera, according to police. The break-in occurred on June 11 at about 5:30 p.m. in a residence near 23rd Avenue and 206th Street, authorities said. A female suspect working with a male suspect forcibly entered the home, but fled before taking any property, according to police. They both escaped in a late model Nissan Versa with out-of-state license plates. Authorities did not have a description of the male suspect, but said the female perp is white or Hispanic, in her 50s, with long black hair, and was last seen wearing a white top, black jeans and black sandals. Man sought for attempted purse snatching inside Flushing apartment building A woman fought off an attempted robber after he followed her inside her Flushing building and tried to steal her bag, cops said. The 29-year-old victim was followed into the building just before 5 a.m. on June 17 and once she was on the second floor, the suspect grabbed her purse, authorities said. While the woman fought with the suspect, he pushed her into wall, but was unable to take her bag. They continued to struggle until the suspect fled empty-handed. The victim refused medical attention at the scene. Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male in his early 20s, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (8477). 110th Precinct Corona and Elmhurst Pervert exposes himself to young girl at Elmhurst Park Police have released a sketch of a man who exposed himself to a 10-year-old girl at Elmhurst Park last month. According to authorities, the perpetrator was in the front passenger seat of a darkcolored SUV near the park at the corner of Grand Avenue and 79th Street at about 3 p.m. on May 28. Reportedly, the suspect observed the 10-year-old Sketch courtesy of NYPD girl, who was walking to a nearby youth center, then opened the door and flashed himself at the child. The SUV then sped away from the location. The incident was reported to the 110th Precinct; no injuries were reported. Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800- 577-TIPS. 114th Precinct Astoria, Long Island City, Woodside and Jackson Heights Astoria man found fatally stabed in his home Detectives are looking for leads in the homicide of a 54-year-old man who was found repeatedly stabbed inside his Astoria apartment. Officers from the 114th Precinct found Enver Julevic with multiple stab wounds to his torso inside his residence on 12th Street near 31st Avenue at 6:17 a.m. on June 20. Paramedics responded to the location and pronounced him dead. According to authorities, a friend of the victim tried to contact Julevic previously and, after receiving no response, went to the apartment for a visit. Using a spare key, the friend entered the apartment and discovered Julevic lying on the dining room floor. As of press time, no arrests had been made as of yet, and the investigation was ongoing, authorities said. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (8477).
