The festival will be held on Middle Neck Road between Grace Avenue and Maple Drive. Traffic will be diverted around this section of Middle Neck Road starting at 11:00 a.m. Entertainment throughout the day includes the Asian-American Circle of Unity, performing their singular style of Asian music and ceremonial dance (1:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m.); Katya’s School of Dance (performing 3:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m.); Nina Et Cetera, regionally acclaimed for their unique covers of music spanning 5 decades (5:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m.); and The Klezical Tradition, performing traditional and modern klezmer music (8:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m.). Fun activities will be available from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for children of all ages. These fun activities include bounce houses; Akbar the Caricaturist; Paulette Elkind, a noted face painter; and a Chinese name writer. Additionally, many dining establishments from the Plaza will be participating, including Chez Karma, Gino’s, Muzi, Burger Village and Haagan Daz. Attendance at the all-day event is free to the public.
