Located at 251-07 Northern Blvd., it is the second location of the prominent national realtor in Queens. The two-hour affair featured networking and light refreshments followed by a gala ribbon-cutting. Several agents and distinguished Daniel Gale representatives attended, including President and CEO Patricia J. Petersen; Queens Sales Manager Donna Rubertone; Queens Assistant Sales Manager Pattie Rifino and Vice President, Affiliate Services of Northeast, Robert Byrne. Directors of Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) Angela Lopresto (treasurer of the Northeast Queens chapter) and Rick Greene (former president of Keller Williams Realty) were present as well. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s was founded in 1922, and the $2.5 billion dollar organization has more than 800 sales associates, including 55-plus Queens agents. Little Neck marks its 27th office, after the Flushing branch opened its doors 18 months ago. Rifino will work simultaneously as an assistant manager at the Little Neck and Bayside/Flushing office alongside Rubertone. Rifino discussed her professional background and expressed the significance of their new establishment. “We’re actually the former Bryce Rea girls. We joined Daniel Gale last September. Donna and myself were aggressively looking for a new location and found this and jumped on it,” she said. The assistant sales manager continued, “We’re originally from the Douglaston area and it’s like coming home again. It’s like no nonsense coming back to where you belong.” In addition to the grand opening, guests were offered an exclusive sneak peek into three of 45 custom homes being constructed as part of “Bridges at Whitestone,” a luxury single-family housing development in Flushing, for which Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty was selected as the exclusive marketing and sales team. Developer Tim O’Sullivan of O’Sullivan Builders and Developers was there to represent the company. LIBOR director and Queens sales manager Rubertone said, “We are so proud to open our latest office in this latest territory!” All of the artwork exhibited at Daniel Gale’s brand-new location was donated by the Douglaston National Art League in Little Neck.
