The restaurant offers a plethora of meat and steak lovers will experience pure bliss. La Fusta was established in 1970 and the family-owned business has been passed down for three generations. The cozy place serves Argentinian cuisine that was infl uenced by Italy. Similar to Italian food choices, excess meat is a major factor of Argentinian dining experiences. To start off light, try the popular Shrimp and Avocado salad ($13.50). This colorful mixture of vegetables has a zesty seasoning, crunchy greens and well broiled eggs. The avocados are very tender and sliced to perfection. The raw shrimps and onions also have a delicious fl avor. For your main course, enjoy the Chicken Francese ($17). The chicken breast is incredibly soft and savory, due to its marinated lemon and wine sauce. Order a side of mashed potatoes ($4) that are warm and buttery. Another side is the spinach or meat raviolis in mixed sauce ($14). Diners who appreciate pasta will love the raviolis that are coated in marinara and Alfredo sauce. The short ribs and skirt steak are fl awlessly charred in a fashion that even George Foreman would approve of. The pork and blood sausages are gigantic and plump. Gizzards and small intestines complete the platter. Pour up a pitcher of La Fusta’s refreshing red sangria with apple slices that soak in your glass. The dining place even sparks fl ames to their crepes. Try the Apple Crepes Flambéed ($5.80) that is sugary and ignited by rum. The caramelized apples and syrup create a sweet mix.
