Bruce Savid, Felice Hannah and Maria Termini-Miller were welcomed to the Board as incumbent Robert Ricken was welcomed back. Savid, a certified public accountant, is a member of the state Society of CPAS, as well as corporate vice president and tax director. He is a member of the Towers Finance Committee, the House and Grounds Committee and country club committees, as well as much more business experience. He is described as dedicated, dependable and innovative. Termini-Miller has been a full-time resident at the Towers for 14 years. She has served on various committees such as the House and Grounds, Long-Term Planning and Pool and Aerobics sub-committee. She is also a 35-year veteran of city government. She has worked in public relations, community affairs, interactions with City Hall, city officials as well as policy advisor. She was additionally the Associate Commissioner at the city Department of Sanitation. Hannah said she ran to be a part of the Board of Directors to “bring new perspectives on keeping the NST community the ultimate in co-op living.” She is a retired city Board of Education administrator and adjunct professor and has been a Towers resident since 2006. In her time at NST, she has participated on committees such as House and Grounds, Legislative, Country Club/GAP, Library, AARP Defense Driving instructor and has volunteered as a Board of Elections inspector. Incumbent Ricken, officially back on the Board, has been Board President for the last five years. Prior to that, he served as chair of the Budget and Finance committee, chair of the Country Club committee, member of the House and Grounds committee and has been active in the Tennis and Golf Association. During his reign, there has been no raise in Country Club or maintenance dues and the board has acquired reserve funds to $20 million, among many other accomplishments. Finally...
