More than two months after
Northwell Health’s 23 hospitals
saw the first cases of coronavirus
and 31 days after experiencing
the surge’s peak, New York
State’s largest health system
crossed the threshold of 10,000
patient discharges, marking
a significant milestone in the
evolution of the pandemic.
