“I really love breakfast food,” said
Magor, who developed the menu him-self.
Visitors to Black Star Bakery
can often find him alongside Black
Star’s two pastry chefs preparing and
serving breakfast to people.
Customers can order coffee and
espresso drinks alongside their
food. The bakery’s coffee beans are
purchased from a roaster in nearby
Brooklyn.
