■LIC FLEA LIC Flea & Food presents the 2015 Queens Holiday Indoor Market LIC Flea & Food, one of the biggest and well-known markets in New York City, will present the indoor Queens Holiday Market for four consecutive weekends starting Nov. 28. Queens Holiday Market will be at The Shops at Atlas Park, located at Cooper Avenue and 80th Street in Glendale, which offers ample parking and a festive setting for the holidays. The location can also be accessed by the Q29, Q47 and Q54 buses, each of which connects to local subway lines. Queens Holiday Market will host many of the favorite vendors found at the LIC Flea & Food outdoor market plus several new vendors who will have the holiday shopping spirit in mind, including the best in food vendors, jewelry, fashion, furniture, arts and crafts, antiques, collectibles and more. Besides offering great vendors, the market will also have an arcade, live music and children’s activities, making it a fun and vibrant weekend destination for the entire family. The market will also feature a beer garden exclusively featuring beers brewed right here in Queens. “We are thrilled to bring Queens’ largest market to The Shops at Atlas Park for the holiday season. As one of the most well attended events in Queens County this location gives us an opportunity to be in the heart of a beautiful shopping mall and introduce our vendors to a new community, while continuing to be a first class destination for the entire borough, city and tourists,” said Market President Josh Schneps. “The Queens Holiday Market will be an opportunity to find one of a kind gifts you won’t be able to find anywhere else from vendors who make and curate unique items as well as enjoy a diverse group of food vendors, drinks and entertainment in a huge 25,000 square foot venue.” The market is situated within Atlas Park, which offers a beautiful park like setting, movie theatre, ample parking and easy access to all holiday needs. Interested vendors can still apply to sell at what will be the biggest market of its kind in Queens County. From small artisan businesses to more established, all are welcome to apply at www.LICFlea.com. Queens Holiday Market is being offered in partnership with QNS.com, the Ridgewood Times and the Times Newsweekly.
