Pour 3 oz of triple sec, 3 oz vodka, 3 oz of pomegranate juice, and squeeze half a fresh lime into the shaker. 3. Take a spoonful of sour cherries with the cherry compote and put dream it at the bottom of your wine glass. 4. Throw a slice of lime or lemon at the bottom of the glass. 5. Fill the whole glass to the rim with crushed ice. Make sure to pack the ice in so it stays full when you pour in the booze. 6. Throw some whole ice cubs into the shaker with all the ingredients, shake well so it foams, and then strain into the glass. 7. Top with a few more berries, pour three spoons of cherry compote, and garnish with a lemon slice. You’ve got yourself a summer dream for those perfect summer days! There’s nothing better than sipping on a delicious, refreshing and sweet cocktail during the mid-summer season. When I get the day off, I like to make this delicious cocktail that you can sip on for hours. I call it the “Summer Dream,” because it’s perfect for those cool, quiet, afterevening summer hours – when everyone’s out of town, and you can chill, and dream away. It’s an easy recipe with a truly summer berry twist.
