Manhattan Sunset For those of us who are mostly stuck in the city all summer, the rooftop is our bliss. We rush home, escaping the funky underground, hoping to grab the best slice of roof with the best views and watch the passersby as you sip on your oh so well deserved DIY mojitos and beer. Countless days of NYC summers are spent this way and we take pride in that, as well as pride in our summer drinking and libations. Here’s a couple of great and easy cocktails I invented on some of the roofs named after the address. Nazdorovye!
