New condo in Long Island
City will include heated pool,
pet spa and gym

up in Long Island City, QNS44,
will include some unique ame-nities.
Located at 11-12 44th Dr., the
condo will be developed by Rybak
Development and is replacing two one-story
buildings. QNS44 will feature 49
one-, two- and three-bedroom condos
starting at $659,000, according to its
website.
A rooftop pool deck will feature a
heated saltwater pool, lounge seating,
grill and a wet bar. The gym will include
strength and training resistance, cardio
and fitness equipment and free weights.
The developer purchased the site in
2016 for $14 million, according to The
Real Deal.
The building will also feature what
developers are calling a media/social
room with an entertainment system,
Wi-Fi, seating, a coffee maker and a
refrigerator.
QNS44 will also cater to residents’
pets with a pet spa bathing station and
fan to dry off their furry friends. The
building will also include indoor parking
for 31 cars, YIMBY reported.
