NEW CONSTRUCTION
I caught this very dynamic scene on Jackson Avenue, across from
MoMA PS1.
This used to be the corner where 5Pointz used to be.
Now, it will soon be luxury apartments, and another flurry of new
residents to this once sleepy area inhabited by a few and visited by
graffiti tourists.
The transformations of LIC continue unabated. Let’s hope we can all
benefit from the intense gentrification our community is living in today.
