Reiki is a Japanese spiritual healing art. It is a subtle and effective form of energywork using spiritually guided life force
energy. Reiki helps ease tension and stress. It creates a relaxing environment for healing on all levels - physical, mental
and emotional. In this class Lori will demonstrate how to perform Self Reiki. A fulfilling tool for stress reduction and
relaxation. Please remove all jewelry prior to class.

Circuit Training will be held every Wednesday from 6PM-7PM - This class is a circuit training where there will be a 5
minute warm up - 40 minutes with rotations from station to station - 5 to 7 minutes cool down.
