I recently retired as the COO of the
Queens Public Library system and am
now able to invest appropriate time
serving on the Board. I believe that my
decades of legal and facilities management
experience would be an asset to
shareholders and the Board.

or experience you possess, that
you feel would serve as an asset to the
Cryder Point Owners’ Corp. Board of
Directors.
I have both served on and worked
closely with several Boards as the Library’s
COO and First Deputy Commissioner
and General Counsel of several
City agencies. I have also overseen operations
at 62 library branches and many
other public facilities.
What changes would you like to see
made at Cryder Point, and why?
Given my vast experience in managing
with finite budgets, I would help maximize
the use of resources and ensure
long-term financial success. My background
as a commercial litigator and in
contracting would help ensure contractor
compliance here.

I have been on the board since January
2020 and have been part of the Community
Affairs committee for several years. I
enjoy being involved in the Cryder Point
Community. As a Board Member, I feel I
can be an effective voice in sharing resident’s
concerns with the Board to provide
effective results. We have great residents
here and I would love to see more opportunities
for neighbors to get to know one
another and socialize together.

Directors.
I have 35 years of financial experience
that can help in maintaining the financial
stability we have here at Cryder Point. In
addition, I have excellent organizational
and planning skills and have always been
described as a “team player.”
What changes would you like to see
made at Cryder Point, and why? I understand
there are important issues here
at Cryder that need to be addressed. If
elected, I will work diligently on not only
enhancing our house rules, but ensuring
they are adhered to by all residents,
as well as improving our security and
looking at ways to further beautify our
appearance.

As a former Chief Fire Marshal, I have
extensive management skills and a great
deal of knowledge about NYC government
operations and building codes.
I also have a thorough knowledge of
building safety and security.

I would like to continue to work on the
improvement of our infrastructure.

of 2019. I have enjoyed being involved
and sharing my experience on
infrastructure (roofs; plumbing; electrical)
and believe my background has been
of help to the Board and Management.

As a former custodian engineer, I was
very involved with issues about construction,
the Dept. of Buildings and the
Fire Dept.

I would like to continue to represent
the 01 Building on the Board and contribute
to the overall improvement of our
buildings.
