
 
        
         
		SOUNDS & SIRENS HOST ACOUSTICS AT THE ICEHOUSE 
 Sounds & Sirens hosted its popular Acoustics at the Icehouse outdoor fall music series on Sunday, September 8 at the Icehouse Cafe. The evening featured live musical performances by  
 Avel, Rose Stoller, Another Astronaut and Durieux. The series hosted by DJ Mike will be held every Sunday until Sunday, November 3 from 4 to 8 p.m. at 3124 Harding Avenue.

 BP DIAZ HOSTS 9/11 DAY OF REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY 
  SUMMER FISH FRY On Thursday, September 12, Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. and the Bronx Supreme Court co-hosted the borough’s annual  
 On Saturday, August 31, Bronxites of Barbudan heritage and  
 supporters met at the Last Day of Summer Fish Fry and BBQ  
 event to help assist the rebuilding of the hurricane ravaged  
 island of Barbuda.

 ‘Day of Remembrance’ to commemorate the families, friends and neighbors who perished in the terrorist attacks of  
 September 11, 2001. The ceremony was held at Lou Gehrig Plaza on East 161st Street and Grand Concourse.
