Historic Building
The NYC Historic Properties Fund, the New York
Landmarks Conservancy’s revolving loan fund program,
offers loans from $50,000 to $350,000 for exterior
restoration work. Loans are accompanied by project
management assistance from Conservancy staff to ensure
the success of the project. The loan fund has been
operating quietly and effectively since 1982, committing
over $26,000,000 in affordable financing for work on over
250 historic properties in all types of uses and ownership.
