Tiki first came into Adam
Demerath’s life through
cocktails. What started out
as a mixology hobby turned
into a lifestyle, then a party.
“I think that’s most people’s introduction
into it, but once it kind of gets hold
of you, you learn all these other facets of
it,” the cocktail bartender said. “I started
to be more taken with it because of the
theatricality of it.”
Demerath and his wife, Trista, both
