Don’t you kind of miss assigned summer reading from your
school days? We do — but then again, we’re nerds here
at BORO. Whether you’re reading a teacher-approved
classic or sunbathing in Astoria Park with a fun beach read,
summer is the perfect time to cross some books off your toread
list. We asked our readers to tag us (@boromagazine)

We learned that western Queens is full of avid readers who love
