2014, Stephen Rosenbluth has been serving up
delicious food at Anchor Down in Merrick. With
more than 20 years of experience under his
belt, Rosenbluth has manned the kitchen in a
number of Manhattan restaurants for the Patina
Restaurant Group, including Brasserie, Naples
45, and Nick + Stef’s Steakhouse, as well as
Legal Seafoods in Garden City on Long Island.
His passion for cooking runs very deep in his
soul. Having worked as a fisherman in Montauk
