“Marriage Story”
Netflix’s “Marriage Story” portrays the divorce
of a couple with a young son. Scarlett Johansson
and Adam Driver show how two people with
lingering love for each other can struggle through
the course of officially separating. Johansson
portrays a strong female character who comes
to the realization that it is time for her to follow
her own dreams-separate from her husband’s.
Johansson has already won Best Supporting
Actress for the New York Film Critics Circle, and
Adam Driver also won the Gotham Independent
Film Award for Best Actor. Laugh and cry through
this realistic portrayal of a fictional story.
“Once Upon a Time in
Hollywood”
Quentin Tarantino’s ninth feature film can
be considered an homage to 1960s Hollywood.
Leonardo DiCaprio stars as a 1950s TV star
alongside Brad Pitt, his stunt double. The film
portrays the good, the bad, and the ugly of Los
Angeles during this turning point decad. You’ll
leave this movie asking, “was it really better in the
‘60s?”
“Little Women”
Louisa May Alcott’s novel “Little Women”
is taking on new life with Greta Gerwig’s film
adaptation. Saoirse Ronan stars as Jo, and she
encourages her sisters to see themselves as more
than potential wives. Get ready to see girl power
turn into woman power in this coming of age
drama.
“Ford v Ferrari”

direction of Henry Ford II. Engineering and driving
skill come together to attempt this seemingly
impossible feat. Rev up your engine and enter the
race to see this film before the heart of awards
season!
