Association, the EssentiALZ Certification
Program provides recognition for
the knowledge of quality dementia care
A person-centered approach has as been
taught to every Grace Plaza staff aff member
who interacts with its residents living
with dementia. From care aides,
nurses and physical therapists to dining
and maintenance staff, the participants,
who are now essentiaALZ-certified,
learned techniques and practices to
